The hotel is truly exceptional!!!!!
Strategically located in the heart of San Marco, this hotel offers unparalleled convenience to major attractions, including the St mark square and grand canal - walking distance. The staff's attentive service and accommodating concierge made my stay delightful. While breakfast could improve, the cosy double room had everything I needed. Overall, I had a superb experience, and I'm now a lifelong customer eagerly returning on my next visit to Venice.
This was my favorite place we stayed in Italy! Beautiful hotel. The room and bathroom were really nice, but the best part was the excellent service. The two gentlemen working reception were very welcoming and so kind to spend time making recommendations for what to see and where to go. They gave fantastic information. It was also nice to have the bar service available anywhere we would like. They helped us call a water taxi for an early morning pickup, which was just 3-4 minutes of a straight walk from the hotel. It's conveniently located near one of the most famous squares and is in a district with high-end shopping and plenty of dining options. Would definitely stay here again!
Best hotel ever? Yes. The staff especially Andrea was amazing! Very nice, they gave us some suggestions about what to do in Venice and to try some local charcuterie and bread and it was amazing! We got to know places that we didn't think about, and all of that thanks to the staff. Excellent location, very close to everything. I recommend it 100%
This hotel has the most unusual entrance. The room was fairly spacious for a historic building. The staff was great and the location was perfect. There's a lovely view from the rooftop. The included breakfast was not great and if you love your morning coffee, it's not easy to get.
Perfect location where to start visiting Venice. The room is big enough to welcome you after a full day walking out in the downtown. The staff is alway helpful and ready to solve any issue or answer your requests promptly. Breakfast is good and the ladies serving at the floor are really gentle and make you feel like at home....
The hotel is a beautifully designed, old building located in a central spot. The staff were very kind, helpful, and adept at problem-solving.
Unfortunately, the accommodations fall short in certain aspects. The rooms lack proper soundproofing, making it easy to overhear conversations from the hallway and neighboring rooms. The bathroom ventilator was also notably noisy. Additionally, our room appeared smaller than the pictures suggested. The breakfast was satisfactory, but it didn't quite live up to the exceptional description in the reviews.
The warmth of the welcome and passion for the city make a hotel exceptional and Ricardo was exceptional in all ways. His knowledge and generosity opened Venice to us. The hotel was a traditional Italian hotel with old world charm and perfectly positioned right in the heart of Venice, next to Piazza San Marco. The rooms had lovely character and were very comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff fabulous. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so special.
Perfectly located hotel for visiting Venice, lovely staff, nice breakfast, good rooftop patio with decent view. Room was small but we expected any hotel room in Venice to be small. It was still a good room.
All in all, we would highly recommend this place.
